Have you fallen in love with all the gorgeous products in the 2015 Holiday Catalogue yet? You will after doing this blog hop!! I’m excited to be a part of the ESAD 2015 Holiday Blog!! You may have come from the fabulous Jo Weedon’s blog or be starting the hop here with me.
So onto my projects!! I have to admit I was a little stumped on what to make as there are so many lovely products in this catalogue. I simply couldn’t decide which stamp set to use. I decided to try a sketch challenge and found one at Sweet Sunday Sketch that I liked.
You know how sometimes it’s really hard to cut up Designer Series Paper? Well, I’ve been having a bit of trouble cutting into the Home for Christmas DSP! So I’ve bitten the bullet and done it! Using the colour’s of the DSP, I layered up my card in Real Red, Pool Party and Delightful Dijon.
I used the Cozy Christmas stamp set and inked up the stamp using markers. Doesn’t it look fab!!
I also had to create a matching envelope using the Real Red envelope paper. Did you know that you can get 20 sheets for only $10.50. That’s a lot of cute envelopes!!
I just love the Snowflake as well especially with an Iced Rhinestone on it!!
I also liked the slightly larger Season stamp in the set so I made the same card using a different piece of the Home for Christmas DSP. Oh, and isn’t the Stripes Satin ribbon to die for? I wasn’t a fan to start with but it is very luxurious looking. I can see I’m going to use it a lot.
I hope you have enjoyed my cards for the hop today. I’d love for you to leave me a comment below.

Just beautiful Rebecca! This is my favourite paper from the Holiday Catalogue too, and I’m also finding it hard to cut up!!!
The Red Envelope paper has gone closer to the top of my wishlist. Your envelopes are so cute with the matching DSP liners.
Beautiful cards Rebecca, the DSP is a favourite with my class.
Rebecca, your cards are fabulous! What a great idea and something a little different to make them square! I love the hand colouring of the sentiments using the Stampin’ Write Markers. It compliments the super cute DSP perfectly! I think I feel a CASE coming on!
I love your cards Rebecca. I like them in the square. That stamp set and paper are just great.
