We are back with another gorgeous colour challenge for you this week.
Aren’t those boots amazing! I want some in that colour!! This week’s colours are Smoky Slate, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Sky and Night of Navy.
When I get ready to create my colour projects, I always get out the card stock and look at it together and see what grabs me about it. The Rich Razzleberry stood out for me with this one so I decided to make it the background piece. Then I grabbed the Graceful Garden stamp set and decided to use the matching Garden Trellis embossing folder.
I love the new crinkled seam binding ribbon and I was excited that this challenge include Night of Navy so I could use my ribbon!! I added the bow at the base of the flower so that it looks like it is tied around the bouquet.
Speaking of the flower, I embossed it in gold and fussy cut it out. You know that’s my favourite thing, right!! NOT!!! Well, the embossing part is!
My sentiment comes from Teeny Tiny Sentiments. Such a handy stamp set especially when you only want a small sized greeting. Now, how did I get that little banner? Well I used the Classic label punch to punch out the sentiment, then went to the side of the punch and re-inserted the banner and punched out a small piece. (ok, it’s a bit hard to describe, but it’s easy to do!!)
