Happy New Year!! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and a fun (but safe) New Year. I had such a rage, my husband went fishing with a mate and I worked on a new diamond painting and watch Soul on Disney+. Yes, I know, I’m a party animal!!

Our first challenge for 2021 is to case a card from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue and step it up.

I didn’t get very far into the catalogue and found my card on page 5.

I decided to use the Jar of Flowers stamp set for my cards. I still used a piece of vellum behind the flowers and I stamped the jar and the flowers directly onto the card. I coloured them using water colour pencils and blender pens. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set.

For the second card, I punched out the jar and added a Mason Jar Shaker dome. I fussy cut the flowers and coloured them in using blends and added some Wink of Stella over the top. The sentiment was die cut using the Rectangle dies and I added a bow in Crinkle Seam Binding ribbon. And I nearly forgot, I embossed the background using the Tasteful Textile embossing folder.
