We are working our way through the Occasions catalogue and are up to the Have a Cuppa section on pages 34-37.

There are lots of very cute cards in this section.  I was inspired to case the card on page 37 as a last hurrah to the Striped Scallops thinlits die is retiring and I will miss it!!

But I don’t have the Picture Perfect stamp set or actually any stamps featuring a nice flower.  But then I remembered the gorgeous Birthday Bouquet DSP and decided to cut out the flower.

I did some spritzing with Watermelon Wonder and the aqua painter and then use the gold Wink of Stella and the aqua painter for an extra little bit of interest.

I used the retiring stamp set, A Dozen Thoughts, for the sentiment.  I’m so happy with how this card turned out.  I might have to keep my scallop thinlits!!
