Welcome to this week’s Caseing the Catty Challenge. Can you believe that we are at the end of Sale-a-bration and April is tomorrow!! Where did those 3 months go!!
I’m also excited to be heading to New Zealand next Sunday for the next Stampin’ Up! Onstage Live event in Auckland. Make sure you follow me on Instagram @thepaperandstampaddict to see what I’m up to. I can’t wait to see all my stamping friends again!

So back to this week! We are caseing the Sale-a-bration Catalogue for the last time. If we inspire you tonight, make sure you place your order TONIGHT!! Tomorrow will be too late!! Click here to go to my online store.
I’ve been inspired by one of the cards on the cover of the Sale-a-bration catalogue, the one on the left hand side with the black and white strip.

I love the Needlepoint Nook DSP so I picked one of the smaller prints to use as the main piece. I then got out every colour of the dsp in my ink pads. Did you know that there are 13 colours in the Needlepoint Nook DSP? I then stamped the flowers in a variety of the colours using the Needle & Thread stamp set. I love matching framelits which saves having to fussy cut those flowers! I also cut out the leaves in Old Olive from the Neeedlepoint Elements Framelits.
I added some gold cord to add some sparkle and then layered the flowers around the sentiment.

I also made a card using the Lasting Lily stamp set as I had to use the co-ordinating Lily framelits. I used the same layout as above.

Remember it’s not too late to be earn the Lily stamp set for free (well as long as you are reading this on Sunday, 31 March). Just spend $90 in my online store here.
Next up is my lovely friend, Liz, who I can’t wait to hug next week!!
Make sure you join in with our challenge over on at our Facebook group.
I won’t be blogging whilst I’m in New Zealand , so I’ll see you in a few weeks!
Happy Stamping

Love the elegance of the lily card and the colours of the needlepoint nook card – these are both amazing and beautiful!!
This is a great layout and perfect for all those lovely elements in the Needlepoint Nook Suite, Rebecca. The less busy version with the lilies looks great too.
Your cards are fantastic! It’s hard to pick a favourite, but being a needleworker, I’d have to pick the first one!
Two beautiful cards Bec, this is a fantastic layout to show off the DSP. Love the gold cord too.
Thanks 😊
Snap on the inspiration this week! I love your cards. The gold cord on the Needlepoint Nook card is a particularly lovely touch.
Thanks!
