This week at Caseing the Catty, our theme is what caught your eye when you first looked through the catalogue.
Well, lots of things caught my eye!! However, I was really excited to see that Butterfly Basics has carried over from the Occasions catalogue.
My fabulous upline, Tracy, had a special birthday earlier this month and I’ve been a bit late in sending her a card. I thought that the butterfly card featured on page 124 of the AU/NZ 2015-2016 catalogue would make a great card for her with the gold foil butterfly.
So here is the sample from the catalogue.
I didn’t change much on this one as I loved it as it was. Here’s my version.
I think my new favourite In-Colour might be Watermelon Wonder!!! This card uses one of my favourite techniques, using markers to ink up the stamp. It always looks so good!!
