I hope you are having a great weekend! As you may know, I do shift work and thus had to work this weekend. Fortunately, I was able to have a couple days off during the week and was able to get my card ready for tonight. (BTW, don’t you love days off, on your own, just crafting!! It’s like heaven!!)

This week, we are casing the colours of the Fresh as a Daisy DSP which are Copper Clay, Wild Wheat, Pretty Peacock, Boho Blue, Moody Mauve and Pebbled Path.

I decided to just use a few of the colours, Pretty Peacock, Boho Blue and Pebbled Path. This is a gorgeous pack of DSP with lots of great daisy images. However, if you turn it over, the back of the paper has a great textured, painted kind of look. So I used a piece of Boho Blue DSP as the base of my card. I then die cut 3 hexagons from the Something Fancy dies and then embossed them using the online exclusive Basic 3d embossing folders. I then stamped a sentiment in Pebbled Path from Timeless Arrangements. A couple of embellishments and I’m done!
