It’s an exciting week in the Stampin’ Up! world!! We are saying farewell to the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue on Monday (it’s not too late to grab a deal!!) and hello to the 2022-2023 Annual Catalogue on Tuesday!!

This week at Caseing the Catty, we are casing the cover of the new 2022-2023 Annual Catalogue. We’ve created a sketch of the card on the cover.

I realised that I didn’t have any Mother’s Day cards ready yet, so I decided to use this sketch for the 2 cards that I needed.

I used a piece of the new Sun Prints DSP as the background of the card and then another pattern as the rectangle which is cut using the Stitched Rectangle dies. I then cut out a couple of circles using the new Stylish Shapes dies (these are my new favourites!!). My sentiment comes from the retired Strong and Beautiful stamp set but the sentiments were perfect for the card for my mum.

I made a slightly different version for my Mother-in-law. The papers in the Sun Prints DSP are just lovely!!
