If you are in Queensland, we have been having very hot and humid weather. I’ve been melting away in my craft room!! It’s always this time of year that I consider getting air con installed in here!!

This week, we are casing the Sale-a-bration catalogue. There are so many great cards to case!

As I write this post, it is my 21st Wedding Anniversary, so I thought I should make my husband a card!! I decided to case the bird card on page 10.

I was going to use the Simply Marbleous DSP but I had to move Daffodil Delight DSP to get to it so I had a quick flick through and found the perfect DSP for this card. There’s one piece which has little hearts on it so I had to use that one!!

I cut out the circles using the Encircled in Beauty dies and the Layered circle dies. I stamped the otter holding the fish on a post-it note and then stamped it onto the circle. I cut out the post it otter and placed it onto the stamped image on the card. I then stamped the second otter next to him so it looked like they were cuddling together. I coloured them using the new All Together blends.

The sentiment is from the Many Messages stamp set and cut out using the Messages die.

Happy 21 years, dear!! (not that he’s going to read this, lol!)
