CTC143 – Artistic Expression | The Paper and Stamp Addict

Welcome back to another week of Caseing the Catty. We are casing the Artistic Expression section of the 2017-2018 Annual Catalogue, pages 132-181.

I decided to case one of the feather cards on page 176.

I was drawn to the background using the embossing paste so that was one starting point. I made the background first so that it had time to dry. I decided to use the Just Add Color Specialty DSP as the feature and coloured it using Marina Mist ink and Powder Pink ink with an aqua painter.

I then added a bow with the Whisper White solid baker’s twine. I then punched out a label using the new Pretty Label punch in Marina Mist. I used the hello stamp from the Pop of Paradise stamp set in Powder Pink and punched out using the 1 3/8″ circle punch.

This DSP is so cute! You can colour it however you want to suit your occasion.
