Can you believe that we are casing the last part of the 2016 Occasions Catalogue!!  Hasn’t it been a fun journey!!

So the last section is 3d projects & kits.  One of the things I love about Caseing The Catty is really taking a good look at the amazing projects created by the artists at Stampin’ Up! If you are stuck for mojo just pick up your catalogue and be inspired!!

I was inspired this week by the bag on the right on page 26 using the Botanical Gardens DSP.

But I didn’t have any small brown bags to use but I did have the Petite Café Gift bags in my stash.  I love how you can stamp on the DSP to add a little more detail and a more personalised feel to the paper.  I then created the tag using the Ornate tag topper punch and stamped it using the Suite Sayings stamp set.  This is a really versatile set and I’m glad to see that it is hanging around.

I then created the flower and leaves using the Botanical Builder framlits.  A quick sponge of Cajun Craze in the centre and two little black centres on top of each other, oh and of course a Wink of Stella, and voila, a gorgeous flower for my tag!!

I used a clothespin and put a little bit of washi tape on it. The tag is only held on using the clothespin, so the lucky recipient can pass on the love!!
