CI101

I had a surprise visitor this week. The wonderful Bronwyn Eastley and her husband Brett are travelling through Queensland and are on the way back down to Tasmania. We had a lovely stamping session then headed to Mt Tamborine for lunch.

Our challenge this week is from a beautiful image which was found here.

So our colours are Pale Papaya, Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather, Balmy Blue and Evening Evergreen. You may also add Basic White, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Sahara Sand, Basic Black and metallics to your project. We also allow ‘Ivory’ and ‘Bronze’ in the Stampin’ Blends. If you don’t have all the colour palette, feel free to use the closest SU substitute (ie: Pumpkin Pie instead of Calypso Coral … you get the drift).

The Artistically Inked stamp set has a really interesting “blotch” so I thought I would have a go with making my own background. And I have to say I was so impressed with how it turned out!! I stamped the little dots in Evening Evergreen.

The sentiment is from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set and the die is from Tasteful Labels.
