Happy Mother’s Day to all the mum’s!! I spent the morning with my mum sharing some biscuits that I made for her. She liked them, so success!!
Don’t you just love the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue!! I love everything as always!! This week’s challenge is to case any project from the new catalogue.
I had bought the Quite Meadow bundle in the demo pre-order. It’s not a set I usually go for, but I’m using it in a project at my catalogue launch next weekend. I decided to case the yellow Dragonfly card on page 23. Now to be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of the Dragonfly, it’s just not really my style. But I thought this card would look nice using the flowers from the Meadows dies as the background.
I started off with a Bumblebee cardstock background and stamped the splat stamp across the card. I then die cut the flowers in Daffodil Delight to make them stand out. I then glue them onto the background (thank you, fine tip glue). I then tie the twine around the card and added the Just Jade ribbon to the back of the sentiment which is from the Quiet Meadow stamp set and die cut from the Meadow dies.
I think I’ll be using this set more than I thought!! Next up is the lovely Kathryn.
We would love to see your creation casing your favourite from the new catalogue, so please join us at our Facebook group.
Happy Stamping

Love how you’ve used the dies for the flowers. The different shades of yellow work well together.
Thank you 😊
Oooh, I love this so much! The two yellows look fabulous together, and the splatters are a great background.
Thank you 😊
Love the yellow on yellow – it looks soooo pretty!! What a great card, and so beautiful!
Thank you 😊
