I’m hoping that we have turned a corner and the cooler weather is coming! It was hot at the start of the week, but has been a bit cooler the last couple of days. Thank goodness!! It’s no fun crafting when you feel all hot and sweaty!!
We are casing the colours of the Sand & Sea DSP, which are Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Sahara Sand, Seaside Spray and So Saffron. This DSP is just so lovely and the colours on their own are gorgeous as well!
Now you don’t have to use the DSP or even the stamp set for this challenge. I did use a piece of the Sand & Sea DSP for my background and I then selected my cardstock using this as inspiration. I used the Lacy Petals dies and created two flowers in Melon Mambo and So Saffron. I also used the Tasteful Labels dies for the sentiment piece. The sentiment is from the Delicate Petals and is stamped in So Saffron.
I am loving these flowers, they are so pretty and so easy to put together!!
Next up is Peta. I wonder what Marvi got up to this week!!
We would love to see your creations, so please share over on our Facebook group.

Wow, don’ts these colours look glorious together!! What a beautiful card, and the flowers are just super sweet. And I love that greeting!!
Thank you 😊
Ooh, the flowers are really pretty! Another set that I hadn’t paid much attention to. I love the DSP, too. Great choice for the card!
Thank you 😊
Wow, I love those flowers, I have not seen them before, thanks for sharing
Aren’t they pretty!! Thanks!
Love those dies, I’ll be checking them out too! A wow! card, using the DSP.
Thanks!
I love how the DSP you chose doesn’t necessarily look like it’s from the Sand & Sea Suite and it works so well with those Lacy Petal Dies which are stunning and that I have never noticed before. I will have to go and look them up!
You will! Thanks 😊
Lovely floral card Bec. Like how you narrowed your colours down to the DSP and the tone on tone greeting is lovely and subtle.
Thank you 😊
