Welcome to our second challenge of the year. Can you believe that we are already in the third week of the year! We are casing the Sale-a-bration catalogue. You can choose to case any project you like.
I wanted to try out the new Lily Pad dies so I decided to case one of the cards on page 4.
I’ve been doing some gardening this morning and it was so hot and humid. I was too tired to re-invent the wheel on my card today so I’ve pretty much only changed the colours and the sentiment.
I’ve used the Pinewood Planks embossing folder in Crumb Cake for the background. I stamped the flowers in Petal Pink from the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set and cut out the die cut flowers with the Lily pad Dies. The dies are a level 2 Sale-a-bration reward. When you spend $90 in catalogue products, you can select a level 1 reward. If you spend $180, you can either select 2 level 1 rewards or there are a couple of level 2 rewards in the Sale-a-bration catalogue. Click here to check out my online store.
I added a piece of Organdy Striped ribbon in Petal Pink across the bottom. My sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays set.
I really love all the layers on this card! I think this card will be perfect for my little sister.
Next up is the lovely Rachel.
Don’t forget the challenge will run for two weeks. We would love to see your creations from the Sale-a-bration catalogue over on at our Facebook group.
Happy Stamping

Your card is so pretty, Rebecca. It’s amazing how different a card can look with a change of colour.
Thank you 😊
Why reinvent the wheel when it looks this good with a bit of tweaking?? Love your colours and the sentiment you have chosen. It looks so cute. 🙂 Siobhan.
