Welcome to a soggy weekend in South East Queensland. It has been so dry here so it’s nice to finally have a wet weekend. And it’s cold!! We were so hot on Monday with 36 degrees and now it’s 15!
We are casing a layout on page 46 from the 2019 Holiday Catalogue.

I decided to case the layout at the bottom left with the ribbon behind the Stitched Nested labels die.

I decided to use the Night Before Christmas DSP and the note cards. You know how you have friends that you give Christmas cards to who are not really into hand made cards and don’t really appreciate the work that goes into them. Well these are the perfect cards for them!!
So I trimmed the cardstock to fit the notecard, cut out the sentiment piece in Old Olive using the Beautiful Boughs Dies and embossed the sentiment in silver embossing powder. This pretty sentiment is from the new Christmas Rose stamp set from the Christmas Time is Here Suite which will be available on 1 November. I then used either the Garden Green double stitched ribbon or the Real Red Curly ribbon behind the sentiment. These were so quick and easy to make, that I made 10 with my helper, Jaster.

I hope you like these quick and easy cards. Don’t forget about those cute note cards!! Next up is the lovely Tina.
We would love to see your creations so please share it over on at our Facebook group.
Happy Stamping

Great idea for making a stash of cards at once. This DSP is perfect. They still have that lovely handmade touch and I’m sure they will be appreciated by anyone who gets one. 🙂 Siobhan.
Thank you 😊
They are a great set of cards to whip up quickly for those that are less appreciative! They certainly don’t look thrown together though – well done!
Thank you 😊
Wow. You’ll have your Christmas cards all done in no time! Love the fun shape for the greeting!
Thanks 😊
These cards are perfect for when you need to make something pretty in bulk. Great idea – thanks for sharing
Thank you
A great quick set of notecards that really showcase the DSP. I always forget to use the notecards.
So do I. Thanks!
