CTC240 – Everyday Occasions

I hope you’ve had a great weekend!

We are casing the Everyday Occasions section, pages 12-71 of the 2019 Annual Catalogue.

There are so many great projects in this section, it’s hard to choose just one!

I did manage to choose one though. I went with the layout on page 28 with the circle.

On the same page is the On to Adventure stamp set. I mainly got this set as my dad is a golfer and there is a handsome golfer included in this set.

I used a piece of Call me Clover DSP from the 2018-2020 In Color DSP stack. I went with the diagonal pattern as it looks a little like a golf shirt. I cut out a circle and then created the circle frame using the Stitched Shape dies.

I then stamped my golfer in memento black and coloured with blends. I used Petal Pink, Mango Melody and Smoky Slate. I coloured the grass with an aqua painter in Call Me Clover ink.

I used the Well Said stamp set and matching Well Written dies for the sentiment. I’m all set for Father’s Day early this year!

Next up is the lovely Julia.

I hope you can share your creation with us over on at our Facebook group.

Happy Stamping

  1. Beautiful colouring Rebecca, I love the look of your card, and switching out the white background for the green is simply perfect for this card.

  2. How terribly organised of you, Rebecca! So cool when you can make something that matches a person’s interests like this. And this is a perfect golf card, great use of this layout. Super CASE! 🙂 Siobhan.

  3. Well done on being so organised and ready for Father’s Day! I absolutely love this card. My grandfather used to be a golfer and this would have been the perfect card for him. The Call Me Clover colour is so suited to the golfing theme and the DSP pattern reminds me of golf pants. Great job!

  4. That is super cute Bec, and wonderful colouring. I’m sure your Dad will love it. That same card caught my eye too!
