Welcome to another fun week at Caseing the Catty. We are casing a layout from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue.
There are so many great layouts to case but I decided to go case the layout of the card on page 18 which showcases the Piece of cake bundle.
I love the background of the card so I decided to re-create it using the Butterfly Gala stamp set and the Butterfly Duet punch. Balmy Blue is one of those colours that I love but I don’t use very often. I’m on a bit of a floating frame roll at the moment so I decided to layer the butterflies on the card with dimensionals and trimmed the edges of the card.
For the sentiment, I used the Butterfly Gala stamp set and cut it out using the Stitched Shape dies. I added a bit of white twine behind the sentiment.
The Butterfly Gala stamp set and the Butterfly Duet punch will be carrying onto the new catalogue however they will not be offered as a bundle. So make sure you order now to get a 10% discount.
