Welcome to another week of Caseing the Catty. It’s been so hot this week around Australia. I hope you’ve been able to keep cool.
We are back casing the Sale-a-bration Catalogue. There is so much inspiration within the pages of this little catalogue.
I have cased the three scoops cupcake card on page 6.
My colours were inspired by the 2017-2019 In Colours. The base of the card is Fresh Fig which I have stamped using the sentiment from the Hello Cupcake stamp set. (Hello, SAB freebie!!) I’ve been dying to use the Rectangle Stitched framelits so I cut one of the larger ones using vellum.
I then stamped the cupcake base in Tranquil Tide, and then the scoops in Powder Pink, Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst. Then fussy cut them all out. I cheated and didn’t cut the tops out neatly of the ones that were covered up!
Another stitched rectangle for the sentiment.
I added Wink of Stella over the scoops but it doesn’t show well on the photo. You could make this card in so many colour combos!!
Next up is the lovely Peta.
Make sure you share your creations with us at our Facebook group.
Happy Stamping

I love these colours and of course the stitched rectangles – they really do add such a lovely extra design element. What a delicious card!
Thanks 😊
Great use of Vellum, love how it softens things off without blocking them off completely!
It’s great isn’t it!
Three scoops are much better than one lol. Lovely card Bec and I love your fussy cutting cheating tip

Love your bright cupcake and the background stamping, Rebecca. The icing would be perfect for creating an icecream too.
