I am so excited!!! On Thursday, I head off to Orlando to attend the Stampin’ Up! Onstage event, celebrating 30 years of Stampin’ Up! I can’t wait to be there with 7000 plus demonstrators (I can’t imagine what that’s going to be like!) I’m meeting fellow CTC Crew member Bronwyn and one of my sister demos, Sandra, in LA and then we are flying together to Orlando. We then have a few days of shopping (craft shops, here we come!!) and visiting Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
Before Onstage starts, we will be joined by fellow CTC Crew members Kathyrn, Rachel and Judy and her friend, Tina.
I’m excited to be attending Centrestage in Orlando. This year, we are being treated to an afternoon at Epcot! The Food and Wine Festival will be on whilst we are there, so I’m excited to try out some of the different foods available.
But before I head to Orlando, we’ve still got this week’s challenge to share with you! We are casing our Favourite Holiday tags from the 2018 Holiday Catalogue.
It’s surprising how many tags are in the 2018 Holiday Catalogue. I decided to case one of the tags on page 12. I based it on the small tag on the left of the pic but I took inspiration from the card at the top right of the pic in the tin.
I like the use of the banners on the card so I chose my favourite dsp, Joyous Noel and cut out the banners using the Bunch of Banner framelits. As the dsp has hints of copper, I cut one banner from the copper sheet from the Joyous Noel glimmer paper.
My sentiment is from the Peaceful Noel stamp set in Tranquil Tide.
As my tag is going to be a card and therefore a bit larger than the tag, I decided to place the banners onto a piece of cardstock. I like the Corrugated embossed piece on the top card, so I borrowed that idea to place the banners on.
I really love the clean lines of this card!! And you could reproduce it using any gorgeous dsp.
Next up is my lovely friend, Rose.
Make sure you share your creation with us at our Facebook group.
Oh and it’s 4 sleeps!!! EEEKKK!! I’ll be back with CTC on 18 November and I’ll share a lots of pictures from Onstage!
Happy Stamping

Wow. I love your card! I love the simplicity and the DSP and the banners and the glimmer and the corrugated piece holding it all together!
Great card, I think it is the simplicity of the layout that makes the elements pop. Loving that glimmer paper!
Thank you
Lovely CASE Rebecca, it’s a great way of using up all those leftover pieces of DSP. Enjoy your trip to the USA and stay safe.
Thanks
