We have had a lovely week of rain and it’s currently raining at the moment. It’s perfect for crafting!!
This week, we are casing the front and back covers of the 2018 Holiday Catalogue. Yes even the covers of the catty are inspiring!!
I decided to case the little square card on the back cover.
I’ve gone with a standard sized card and not a square. I’ve kept similar to the original and used the Subtle embossing folder for the background. I cut out a square of whisper white cardstock and used the new Corrugated embossing folder. I then gently ran the crumb cake ink pad over the top. I created a square outline using the Suite Seasons washi tape.
I decided to create a wreath using the Sprig punch. I made a circle frame using the circle framelits to make sure that the sprigs stayed in a circle shape, otherwise it would be a wonky wreath!!
I was going to add a bow or ribbon but I decided to use the Merry Christmas thinlits in Merry Merlot from the Joyous Noel glimmer paper. I then randomly painted some of the sprigs with Wink of Stella.
I’m really happy with how the wreath turned out! It’s always nice when your card ends up like you imagined!!
Next up is the lovely Peta.
Make sure you share your creation with us over on at our facebook group.
In case you were wondering, it’s 11 days until my trip to Orlando!!! It’s coming up quickly!!
Happy Stamping

Thank you 😊
Just stunning. Love the sponging on the corrugated folder. It looks wonderful behind that totally fabulous wreath!
Thanks!
Bec your wreath is gorgeous and the “Merry” works perfectly. I love the subtle colour on the corrugations.
Thanks!!
Great CASE this week Rebecca, I like your wreath, a good tip to use the circle to keep it round! The Merry works beautifully instead of the bow.
Thanks 😊
What a lovely lush wreath you’ve created, Bec.
Thanks!
