Welcome back to another Colour Inkspiration challenge. Aren’t you just loving seeing all the amazing entries on the Facebook Group? Congratulations to the winners this week.
I really like the colours in this week’s challenge. My first thought was baby but apparently a few other team members thought the same so I decided to go floral instead.
This week’s colours are Blushing Bride, Soft Sky and Sahara Sand. I was excited to find that these colours are in my favourite DSP, Falling in Love from the Occasions catalogue.
I had a flip through my framelits and found the Rose Garden thinlits and decided to base my card around them. They are just so pretty, I should use them more often.
Once I glued the flowers to the card, I then added Wink of Stella to the flowers to make them sparkle a bit more. Unfortunately Stella doesn’t seem to photograph well, but she’s there!
Next up on the hop is the amazing Lou Kitzelman. I just love what she creates!!
Happy Stamping

I too used this DSP it just went oh so well with this colour combination, I really like the flower and leaves in the corner sets off the paper so well.

I have to admit I am not a huge fan of this DSP however, your card has made me stop & look a bit closer. You’ve used that piece beautifully & combined it with the die cuts for card that is just lovely
Oh thank you. This is one of my favourite papers.
I love the use of that stunning DSP in the background set off with those flowers Rebecca!

That paper does make such a lovely feature but I love your cluster of elements Bec.
Thanks!
Love the bold contrast between the die cuts and the DSP. Beautiful card, Rebecca.

So sweet Love the way you show off the paper.

I believe you when you say the sparkle is there I have always had trouble photographing Stella too 😦 it’s such a gorgeous card x
Thank you!
Beautiful in it’s simplicity Bec. I love how you’ve kept the DSP as a main feature & then added a splash of colour. Kelly x
