I hope you have been enjoying the 2015-2016 Stampin’ Up! catalogue!! I lurrvve it!! There are lots of fabulous new stamps, punches, ribbons, kits and big shot accessories.
My amazing stamping team, Eureka Stampers, is having a blog hop tonight, to celebrate the arrival of the new catalogue. You may be starting with me or have come from the talented Janine’s blog. (She’s my stamping great grandma!!)
I always love a sketch challenge to get my creative juices flowing, and my friend Emma pointed out the Sweet Sunday Sketch blog to me.
I decide to try Sketch 271 as I felt I could do something with it.
I wanted to play with the new Brights Designer Series Paper stack as I think the new flower print is really cute.
I wanted to make a card for my sister, as she has had a difficult time this year with depression, and I wanted her to know that I’m here for her. So the Friendly Wishes stamp set had the perfect stamp for me to use!! I also used the new Lots of labels framelits. I am going to be using these a lot!! And the smallest one is sooo cute!!
I love doing paper piercing and used the new updated essentials paper piercing pack to do the circle around the sentiment. I hope you like it too!
I couldn’t stop at just one project though! I also got the Bakers box thinlits and the matching stamp set, Homemade for You. As this was my first play with the die, I kept it simple. It’s very easy to put together and doesn’t it look cute! And can you see the bling!! Silver sequins!! My sequin wishes are now complete!!
So does that stamp I used on the front mean I need to buy my sister something? Isn’t a cute box enough!! hehehe
Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think. And if you’d like to be a part of an amazing team, there’s a great joining special at the moment. For only $169, you can receive $235 worth of product and choose an additional 2 stamp sets for free!! Click here to join my team now!!
