Isn’t the year just flying past? Who can believe that Easter is nearly upon us!!
At CTC this week, we are casing the Easter section of the Occasions catalogue which is found on pages 34 and 35 of the AU/NZ catalogue.
I decided to case the Petite Café gift bag on the top corner of page 34.
It’s cute, isn’t it? But I don’t have the For Peeps’ Sake stamp set. So I decided to make my tag using the Happy Easter Bunny stamp and just inking the bunny using the chocolate chip marker. I then coloured a few spots with blushing bride and pear pizzazz markers.
I also didn’t have the circle decorative mask so I carefully used my sponge dauber to make the dots. Remember, when you use white ink, to leave it to dry before you touch it. (Ask me how I know!!) I cut out 2 of the tag from the chalk talk framelits and cut one up and put the Sweet Dreams Designer Washi tape along the edge to make the tag stand out.
I used the Indescribable Gift stamp set for the Happy Easter sentiment.
So make sure you join in with the Challenge at http://www.caseingthecatty.blogspot.com.au
You can directly CASE (Copy and Share Everything) or use a sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for your own creations. It doesn’t even have to be about scrapbooking, journaling or Project Life. For example, you can use a sketch idea for a card or 3D item.
